Server and Website Monitoring Data

We collect performance metrics, uptime data, and system information from servers and websites you configure for monitoring. This includes CPU usage, memory usage, disk usage, network statistics, HTTP response times, and SSL certificate details.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access our Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited.

4. SMS Messaging

If you enable SMS notifications, we will send you text messages related to monitoring alerts for servers and websites you have configured. Message frequency depends on your monitoring configuration and alert thresholds. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your SMS notification channel in your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not send SMS messages for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering your alert notifications.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS alert delivery

These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Monitoring data (metrics, uptime history) is retained according to your subscription plan. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
